Samba is one of the icons of Brazilian national identity, a way they express their cultural pride. Samba is a lively, rhythmical dance that’s been danced in Brazil since the late 16thCentury.

They love coming together to celebrate life, and I love trying to freeze their moment of joy into a perfect snapshot for them to remember that feeling forever.
